Lutong Pilipino ni Aling Ely

If we are craving for filipino dishes, our first preference is Lutong Pilipino ni Aling Ely.  They serve variety of Filipino dishes, freshly cook everyday where prices are also very affordable.

We love also the ambiance of the place with a touch of Filipino tradition – nipa hut style, from  paintings and  furniture made of hardwood.

Since we are more of a veggie person, we always order Sinigang na Miso and variety of nilagang gulay with bagoong and itlog na maalat even their specialty is Lechon.

Prices of their food ranges from  P 85 to P 120 which is good already for two persons.  The sinigang na miso we order cost P 230 but the serving is good for four persons…Sulit na!

After eating, one can also buy pasalubong.  Anyway, most of their customers are coming from different places and treating yourself with their delicacies is a must treat.

The restaurant is located along the highway of Halang, Calamba City beside Caltex Station which one cannot be lost once you decided to try their food.

    my friend told me to try their food. So just this afternoon we decided to go there & oredered fresh lumpia for 25.oo which is just okay. bbq chicken,which is drowning with sweet somewhat jelly sauce & pakbet 1 small saucer for 65.00,taste okay(beware for those who have high blodd pressure) really, I mean REALLY swimming with oil than sauce.
