Southwinds Resort-New Pool on the Block

Way home after our Visita Iglesia, we noticed a newly open Southwinds Resort along the National Highway of Barangay Pansol. The resort just came up and become a substitute to the over-crowded resorts beside it.
According to the folks around, the resort is also own by Sun City which also in front of it. This is the answer to the high-end yet public resort along the area.
Even the front pool was under repair, they manage to open their resort with big pools around with amenities like tables and hotel rooms for rent.
This is their kiddie pool with sea animal display slide within it.
The adult pool is also great since it reflects the newly built tiles that makes the water clear.
They have also a wide range of rooms from aircon to non-aircon room.
Tables around the area are also available for rent.

They got a very nice and comfy rooms there, my gf and i use to go there to unwind. The view of mt.Makiling is so amazing.

hello po…. I’m planning to have an event sa resort nyo, due to my vacation holiday and someone suggested your resort… gusto ko lang pong malaman yung rate ng overnight stay for about 20 pax sa inyo…. ty in advance po…

One thing that was just strange to me was the corcage fee of Php100 / hard drinks.. I bought a Tres Cepas Brandy… the guard said i have to pay for the corkage fee.. i said “No Problem” ” meron pala kayong tinda jan ng Tres Cepas”… To my surprise.. Sabi ng Guard, Wala daw… General rule in Having a Corkage Fee is May tinda kayo ng Dala dala ng Customer… para wala ng diskusyon, i just let it go and paid the Php100.. i went there for a relaxation and not to be stressed… Yet we really enjoyed the stay.. Except for the “Corkage Fee” issue…
My Family really did enjoyed our stay here at Southwinds last May 14, 2011… We will do this again on a different occassion…
i already went there, it’s best for couple but it has no ref, just only the tv set and air condition of course, size of the room? more likely the same size of thier bathroom. they have clean pools and a mountain view site……fun, fun, fun

Ok, A lot of thanks to you Ms. Jinkee, I’m just looking for the direct contact number of the owner, I’m just also concern because their place are good but the securities are no good. How do people come back to their resort if they were get bad experience in the place and also the name of Calamba City is at risk, our driver lost his Jeep batteries almost in front of their cashiers boot and main entrance that is very questionable, anyway as what you’ve said and I really do, that this issue will just end here I will going to find way to talk with the owner(s) of the resort. Thank you.

Because I think that they deserve to know that bad things take place in their resort and might ruin the image of their business. This is based on what I have been experienced together with my classmates, specially to our driver who was the victim, and I also think that there is a possibility that the owner(s) is unaware of what is going on there.
