Holiday Picnic at Ayala Westgrove Heights

Christmas season is really fast approaching and events are all over the places. One event that our family attended last Sunday was the Holiday Picnic at Ayala Westgrove Heights here in Calamba.
Actualy, I have already went to this place as one of my first post for Calamba Online last year. You can check the link here for more details on the place. It was just intriguing to come over and go back again to check what were the changes they have made after one year has passed.
It was a nice decision thou to visit it again because we never dare to go another side of the place – the Picnic area. There are still lot of areas to explore that we do not manage to visit it when we were here before and definitely exploring this place is truly awesome.
The picnic grove is below the trail which is very conducive which lies lot of trees with garden house in between and picnic wood tables around.
Since this is a barbeque picnic party, we love to see how they grill all the food right at the venue where you can ate it still hot as they served it in the dining table.
From there, you can already conceptualize how you can organize your own party like wedding or birthday celebration right in the midst of nature.
What captured us also are different variety of trees inside as this is our first time we only saw here providing vibrant green glow to the entire area. To name a few, we saw Narra Trees, Thailand Acacia, African Tulips and our very own mango trees.
Kids also enjoyed the activities they provided as they decorate their own cup cakes with the Chrismas theme decor at the top.
Jam just love this activity.
Her output, be the verdict how cute her cupcake is as it unites the activity to the Yuletide season!
Truly a great Sunday to unwind with my family - simple yet it becomes extra ordinary because of the serenity of the place, very close to nature as it provide shades of green and fresh air.
Most especially the warmth spirit of Christmas togetherness of the family as it brings happiness to the place.
