Close Encounter with Club Balai Isabel
Another place that is just near Calamba which I am soooo very itchy to share in this post is Club Balai Isabel.
I know the place is located in Batangas already but how can’t you resist to combine a captured nature that is all in one package which is only 20 to 30 minutes from our place.
This is also the recommended place that I suggested to my colleague who visited the south. You can never go wrong when you insisted them to take a glimpse and personally experience the resort.
All in one as the whole serene ambience of the nature – beach, volcano and the cold breeze of the wind. I thought this is just a picture perfect to their website and what others who are sharing, but experiencing the place let me go back every now and then.
They got this antique wooden bench that completes the nature combination of the whole surrounding.
After the nature tripping stuffs, the resort offers activities like a dip in the swimming pool (now they have 3 already), basketball/volleyball court and great for jogging in the morning/evening which I did personally (5 rounds to be exact for the whole area).
Got to have time to personally visit and pray also in their newly established chapel.
The tabernacular table is something to amazed of as the whole stand is a big, huge rock.
What complete our stay here are the various healthy food they serve no other than but lot of veggie food which I heart sooo much!
Started with the rice which is quite intriguing to see. They called it malunggay rice – leaves of malunggay leaves within the rice.
I love tawilis but the server told us it was not in season by that time. What we ordered was steam tilapia which is great with steam veggies like ampalaya.
We also tried their version of bulanglang which can be only found up north, an Ilocano dish. We love their own tagalog version as what they called it where the broth cooked into boild tomato instead of bagooong (fish paste).
We got to indulge also their saute garlic adobong kangkong with fried crispy pork as their toppings. Now this dish give me an idea on how I can make make a twist on my kangkong dish. Lot of fried garlic that make it so tasteful to the meal.
Tasking kare-kare dish with real peanut sauce is a must-to-eat- experience.
I will definitely go back for more as I accompany my relatives, close tied friends and family who wish to have a taste of what nature really is.
For more information, you can visit their website, http://www.balaiisabel.com/.
Disclaimer Note:
For those who would like to make further details about the resort, you may go to the link or contact information we have provided in this post.
Apparently, Calamba-Online (COL) made a review based on our experience as we visit the resort. We are not at all connected nor being paid to all the establishment. Again, please inquire directly from them.
Thanks for visiting…
