Mernel’s Cake House Finally in Calamba

As I widened my food escapade to nearby town here in Calamba, I always longing that someday a food store that I love will have a branch here in Calamba Laguna.

Finally, Mernel’s Cake House is already here located at the second floor of SM Calamba opened last June 2011.  Yippeeee!!!!!

I have featured Mernel’s Cake last year with their branch at Los Banos Laguna, their main branch when we had the chance to buy the cake and give it as a congratulatory gift to my kids’ achievement in school.

I have flocked first hour in the morning  in SM Calamba just to be in their branch.  Why?  Because there were always lines of customer getting the cakes around even there were other cake house around.

In fairness, Mernel’s cake is really a match to high-end cake establishments.  Their cake is really chocolatiest in taste and they got this unique heart shape.

Considering also the price  of  the cake is very, very affordable.

I got this heart shape cake for our wedding anniversary for P 210.00 only.  Medium in size but still it is cute.

They also customized their cake based on occasions. Now my kids are craving to have one on their birthday celebration…Good luck to me!
