IMAX 3D Experience at SM Southmall

My kids shared me their past experiences when they have a field trip at SM Mall of Asia about the IMAX theater where they watch the 3D version of Under the Sea adventure.  Definitely, they enjoyed it and even crave to told me that hopefully one day there will be a possibility one in the south.

LOL! Wish granted.  The newly renovated SM Southmall launched the newest IMAX Theatre – first in the South Metro Manila.

True to what my kids shared to me. Watching a movie in IMAX 3D is like being a part of the movie.  This is because of the calibrated digital surround sound and crystal clear images.

We got the opportunity to see the special advanced screening of Adventures of Tintin to really feel the quality of movie seeing it in IMAX 3D.

Adventures of Tintin is directed by Oscar winning director Steven Spielberg & Oscar winning producer Peter Jackson: an epic, globe-hopping quest with one-of-a-kind mix of action, humor and scintillating tale spin in a 3D motion picture event.

The premier of The Adventures of Tintin is just one of the many blockbuster movies that SM Southmall had lined up for the South Metro Manila residents.

Overall, we love the facilities – from the entrance, to the facade, the eating area and even the comfort room.

IMAX 3D experience obviously will not be completed without wearing the 3D glasses.

Verdict after we watched the movie?  Family enjoyed the whole cinematic experience.

SM Southmall Imax 3D Theatre really brings back the real theater experience, better quality and most of all, getting your money’s worth.
