Calamba City- Laguna, Hot Spring Capital of the Philippines

Why? Because I love capturing yet treasuring those memorable experiences right here in the Philippines. I am also inspired to compile some of our set of family escapades – from eating, vacations, sight-seeing around but most especially loving feeling and bonding moments.

What we did was to give a try a pizza house here at subdivision – Olarte’s pizza. Olarte’s special with lot of toppings is not bad at all for only P 185.00. Verdict, we all love it!

What caught me in the eye at Starbucks’ pastry bar was the Guilt Free Indulgence and for Raf, the huge Chicken Empanada.

Gretchen Barreto’s billboard along South Super Highway IVI Collagen Powder Drink made me curious to check info about the product.

Now the highlight of our whole Villa Escudero family get-away vacation – buffet dining at the man made waterfalls.

After our museum and park visit, now it is time for us to go to the swimming pool and the water falls thru a carabao ride where folks accompanied us by singing Kundiman songs which I think my kids only hear during their Linggo ng Wika at school activities.

What we did was to still push thru with our get-away even for one whole day and very near in Laguna so that we can come back again and work. That was when we decided to go to Villa Escudero.

When I opened my personal blog last 2011, Live Life Fullest (LLF), www.livelifefullest to journal my adventure outside Calamba, there were months that I did not post anything with Calamba-Online even I was keep on still exploring the places here.

Our family went to mass this New Year’s Day at St. John the Baptist Church here at Calamba.
