Calamba City- Laguna, Hot Spring Capital of the Philippines

All set now again for the Los Banos Flower and Garden Show for 2011. As a member of Los Banos Horticulture Society, my family always support their previous event, the most participated and promote it unceasingly. We were lucky enough to attend their ribbon cutting yesterday, April 28, 2011 and for now will just give you a sneak peak.

Here I go again, after my client meeting, love to explore Majayjay Laguna which is the fave destination of everyone, none other than the Taytay Falls. What captured our attention also while vying the surround area of Sampaloc Lake is a big house which suppose to be a hotel within the area. The name is Tahanan ni Aling Meding.

Actually, we been here two years ago and that time, I am not yet into blogging. There are quite many changes. This tilapia statue was not noticeable then but because they painted it, it becomes a tourist attraction.

It would be a great weekend for the whole family. All of us are anticipating another thrill of adventure as we have time to celebrate Ruel’s birthday. What we chose to explore are nearby town here in Calamba which is San Pablo’s Sampaloc Lake.

Another long weekend and the best way to spend it is to visit some of our Los Baños friends with the kids.

I have known Conti’s as our caterer whenever there were birthday celebrations and special occasion in the office and eversince then, I love Conti’s dessert especially their Mango Bravo.

Kids were so jealous when hubby and I celebrated Mother’s Day at David’s Tea House without them especially when they saw my post here. According to them, how can we dare to dine out without them since that was a mom’s day.

We enjoy ending the night with the fire dance of Zip Fire Dancers as we watch them perform not missing any moves as we click our cameras.
